Nutrition

Entirely plant-based menu, using a special technology (accurate combinations of food groups to aid digestion; soaking and sprouting preparations; cooking methods to maintain the quality and increase the bioavailability of foods while implementing the science of added fats and their disadvantages to human health) to unveil the healing power of the nutrients.

As a result, our health approach activates detoxification without the need of calorie restriction and the unnecessary discomfort of traditional cleansing methods, all while fueling the cells with the right nutrient proportions. The food is easy to digest and absorb, which energizes the body and gives clarity to the mind

Exercizes

The body needs regular movement to function effectively. When physical activity is sufficient, the utilization of food for energy changes the activity of metabolism.

Daily workouts can allow for a healthy activation of the nervous, skeleto-muscular, immune and endocrine systems, literally slowing down the aging processes. Sufficient and balanced exercise leads to sustainable physical and mental health.

We chose a natural surrounding destination, because connecting with  nature and immersing in the sound of bird songs from the wild forest and listening to the crashing waves and crickets at night is scientifically proven to reduce stress, enhance tranquility and provide the essential element for internal healing. Similarly, building a supportive community with shared values and engaging in shared activities can provide emotional support and companionship crucial for mental well-being.

Swedish, Deep tissue, Chinese massages

  • To secure your reservation, a deposit of 50% or full payment of the final price is required for each adult guest.
  • Cancellations made up to 14 days before the arrival date are eligible for a full refund of the deposit or full amount paid.
